Action for Happiness - This fantastic site has lots of resources including a monthly 'small actions' calendar, a podcast and lots of recommended activities.
Big Life Journal - This is the website for Big Life Journal, which is an interactive journal for kids based around mindset and aspects of emotional intelligence. As well as the journal (which we think is fantastic), the website has downloadable activities and challenges, some free and some with a small cost.
Healthy Young Minds - This is a website from Hertfordshire with areas for parents and carers and for children, and lists of ways to increase wellbeing.
Five Steps to Help with Children's Wellbeing - This is from the BBC's Teach series, designed for schools, but the information is applicable for parents too.
Parenting: Boosting Mental Health and Wellbeing in Kids - Advice from Dr Andy Cope, author of 'Diary of a Brilliant Kid'.
